Design and conveniently located near the lake. The staff made us feel incredibly welcomed, and breakfast was a real treat. we did notice that the dining area felt a bit cramped during busy hours.

Noise insulation issues!!! Hearing every street sound was incredibly disruptive. The unusual shower designs resulted in water spilling everywhere, creating a real mess. More common areas for socializing would have really enhanced the experience!!!

My stay in the Deluxe Double Room was amazing! The automatic shades on the skylights provided such a modern touch, allowing natural light to flood the room while giving me control over my privacy. The breakfast was unforgettable, with fresh eggs cooked to my liking and a selection of delicious local delicacies that made every morning a gourmet experience.

the hotel was really clean and welcoming when we arrived. our ground floor room was super spacious and had a lot of cool stuff like shower gel and first aid kit. loved the coffee machine too! plus, the removable shower seat was a nice touch for comfort. location is great, right in the heart of como!
didn't have breakfast there and the fridge was placed too high up. also, the hotel staff was nice but seemed a bit underdressed for a boutique place.

The room was spacious and super clean, and I loved how they provided complimentary snacks and drinks waiting for me upon arrival. There’s a great foot massage and a lovely garden area perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only downside was that the check-out time felt a bit early, but I easily managed it. 😊
